Air France is returning to this major American city for the first time in a decade

Air France is bringing back a popular link to Europe from Orlando International Airport (MCO) next summer.

As of May 21, 2025, the airline will begin direct service between Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris and Orlando International Airportshared Air France Travel + Leisure. This is the first time in over a decade that Air France will operate commercial services on this route, which last operated in 2012.

The flight departs from Orlando at 23.00 and arrive in Paris at 13.30 the next day before it takes off from Paris at 17.05 for an arrival in Orlando at 20.45 the same day. Air France will operate this route four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, subject to government approval.

“This new route highlights our commitment to strengthening connections between North America and France,” said Air France-KLM Commercial Vice President Boaz Hulsman, in a statement shared with T+L. “We look forward to providing passengers from Florida with a seamless, direct journey to Paris, or beyond, where they can enjoy the French elegance and award-winning service that Air France is known for.”

Air France will use its Airbus A350-900 for this service, configured with 34 business class seats, 24 premium economy seats and 266 economy seats.

Following the pandemic, Air France has significantly expanded its US route network amid an increase in summer travel to Europe, now serving 18 US cities. The new Orlando flights follow the airline’s recent introduction of nonstop service to Phoenix and increased frequency of its Newark route over the past year.

As one of Florida’s largest airports, Orlando serves as a gateway city with easy connections to SkyTeam partners Delta Air Lines and Aeromexico, linking travelers to an additional 170 destinations.
