Rachel Zegler exposes Disney’s political double standards

Disney continues to flaunt its political double standards, continuously conservative out of the company while continuing to promote hateful liberals as the faces of their iconic stories.

Disney chose Rachel Zegler to portray Snow White in yet another reboot of a classic film, and the decision has been a disaster from the start. 2022, Zegler threw away the original 1937 film for not being feminist enough, only to later backtrack due to public backlash. Zegler tried too whip up anti-Semitism after a trailer for the film aired featuring her Israeli co-star Gal Gadot.

With it constantly controversial production decisions pushing the film back, it will finally be shown in March 2025, and Zegler is still trying to drown the production in politics. After the 2024 election, Zegler declared that she hopes all the voters who supported President-elect Donald Trump “never know peace.”

For some reason, it wasn’t enough for Disney to make a change that Zegler ruined the original version of the movie she’s supposed to be paying tribute to. Nor was she fueled by anti-Semitism against her own co-star. Most likely, Disney won’t cut ties with Zegler despite her desire for misery in half the country. Instead of trying to get people excited about seeing her movie, Zegler takes every opportunity to spread hate and wish half the country ill.

It’s a far cry from how Disney treated Gina Carano, who was fired for “disgusting” social media posts posts where she made a sloppy comparison between Nazi Germany and today’s political climate. Carano’s post stated that the German government rounded up Jews first by making “their own neighbors hate them just because they are Jews” and questioned, “How is that different from hating someone for their political views.”

Again, it was a sloppy comparison, but Carano’s message was that political hatred is a bad thing. Zegler, meanwhile, spews political hatred every time she gets upset when she reads her social media timeline. Disney can’t even claim that it was the Holocaust reference that makes the difference here, because the company was fine with Pedro Pascal comparative American immigration policy to Nazi Germany.

Because Carano did not adhere to transgender activist orthodoxy, she was penalized for her political posts. Zegler’s posts and comments are far more venomous, hateful and political, and yet Disney continues to allow her to alienate her audience while trying to market her to the very people she despises. Disney wants to isolate conservative voices while allowing progressives to spew out their own “disgusting” comments, because Disney is a political actor before it’s an entertainment company.
