Body Count’s Ice-T Hates Both Political Parties But Thinks Trump ‘Is An Absolute Piece Of Shit’

While the endorsements are sufficient for both major party candidates for president, Body count frontman Ice-T doesn’t seem to particularly like someone who runs, jokes in an interview with Classic rock:

“I think if God had wanted us to vote, he would have given us candidates.”

Still, it seems that of the two candidates, he hates one more than the other. In the same interview with Classic rock, Ice-T had some very choice words to say about the former and (god forbid) possibly future president:

“You know, I despise Trump. I think Trump is a piece of shit. I think people vote with their wallets, so they think he’s going to potentially put money in their pockets and some shit. But that didn’t happen last time.

“I think the good thing about Trump is that he let the world see how fucked up America is. He let the world see how racist and how outrageous a lot of our country is. Nobody can just look at the dude and say he’s a solid bastard. He has more fucking felonies than all my criminal friends put together and doesn’t even have an ankle bracelet on him. It just shows us how this country is run, so it’s crazy.”

Ice-T also had some negative things to say about Harris and was really skeptical of both major political parties, which is fair given the current state of affairs. Ice-T referenced one of his songs comparing Democrats and Republicans to the Crips and Bloods:

“It’s just ironic that (the parties) wear red and blue. The thing about the gang is that once you say you’re a Republican you have to roll with everything they say, and once you say you’re a Democrat you have to agree with everything they say. It’s a bunch, yes. It’s a gang mentality. You have to stay down. And if you’re the gang leader, you think, ‘Look, if you’re in my gang, you agree with everything I say,’ and I don’t think anybody really does.”

Overall, he has a lot of good points. We’re kind of screwed because both parties are pretty awful and both candidates will likely continue to support a genocide in Gaza. Can we just restart this country from scratch?
