Several students were hospitalized after a gas leak at the pvt school in Chennai

NEW DELHI: Several students were hospitalized following an alleged gas leak at a private school in ThiruvottiyurChennai. After the alleged gas leak, several students passed out on the third floor. All students are reported to be safe.
NDRF Personnel have reached the spot and said that the exact cause is yet to be ascertained as they could not smell the gas.

Earlier on October 14, 100 students from a Corporation Middle School in Tamil Nadu Hosur district became critical due to a suspected gas leak from a septic tank on the premises.

Many of the students were admitted to the nearby Hosur Government Hospital and underwent treatment.
