The YouTube star said she and basketball player Zach needed time apart to help them sort out their relationship issues.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Molly said: “It’s amazing at the moment, we absolutely (needed that time apart), we’re stronger than ever and having moved in together it’s definitely going in the right direction.

“It’s what we needed, it’s going really well.”

When asked if all their problems have been ironed out, Molly shared, “Yeah, it’s good, we’re very happy now.”

The smitten couple have started a whole new chapter after moving in together and supporting each other in their new ventures.

Zach has also helped inspire Molly with her big career move.

Musikteatern has released its brand new single titled Werewolf TODAY – just in time for Halloween with its edgy track.

She told us: “I’ve literally had the best support ever, Zach wrote the title for Werewolf for the cover art and helps me with lyrics because sometimes I can get stressed and he’ll talk to me which is great because this song is pre show and before we dated, it’s amazing that he can be so supportive.”

Molly said she put everything into this song after keeping it a secret for almost a year.

She continued: “It’s been a year (of planning), it was hard not to say anything. I’ve been working in a studio in Jersey and have been flying a lot.

“Every time I’ve been on a flight I’ve met people and I bet they’re thinking ‘what am I doing…’

“I’ve been really excited about dropping little hints and I think I’ve done pretty well.”

Molly said her beauty will be a big part of her music and her future songs – hinting a single about her love life could be on the cards.

“Zach will come out next to the studio, because I actually want him in the room with me,” she revealed.

“When I get home, we have these great conversations about lyrics and he says something and I’m like, I wish I thought of that when I was there.

“He’ll come out next time and get more involved. He’s a big support.”

Molly said she used her personal heartbreak and relationship issues before Love Island as inspiration for this track.

“There was one day when we were sitting in the studio and we just started talking about stories and things we love and hate,” she said.

“I started talking about life before Love Island and boys and dating. I said it was so frustrating because you start talking to a boy and they never talk to you during the day and only talk to you at night.

“The vocal coach said ‘a bit like a werewolf and only out when the moon is out’, we had a ‘that was cool’ moment.

“We wrote down Werewolf and agreed on how guys dating can be like a werewolf.

“It sounded cool, quirky and different and we loved it.”

Molly said she has already been inundated with positive reactions from her fans less than 24 hours after her song was released on all major platforms.

The star is now looking forward to a future in the pop industry and has a number of musicians she would love to collaborate with.

Molly teased: “I absolutely love Chappell Roan, I’ve been talking about her a lot in the studio as an inspiration. The way she sings and has a quirky edge and is really different but it works.

“I love Olivia Rodrigo, Tate McRae, Sabrina Carpenter — all those people who have really nailed pop.

“But also young, talking about such relatable things that I really want to hit that edge with and I really hope this song does that.”

“We’ll see how this goes, we definitely have more in the works and there are definitely our favorites within these and I’m excited for them to come out.”

The Love Island alumni said her biggest inspirations growing up were Miley Cyrus and Meghan Trainor, saying: “I looked up to them, they gave off a lot of positive energy from their music.

“I love performing and I think after doing my musical theater course you are trained to sing quite operatic, which is so different to now how I sing a pop style.

“The more relatable the quirky route the better, it’s out of my comfort zone. When we were trying to get the sound for the werewolf I was howling some really weird noises into the mic, it was so much fun, nothing taken too seriously.”

Molly rekindled her romance with Zach in May and the pair have been going from strength to strength ever since.

She shared her excitement afterwards buying their first property and plans to renovate it so her best friend can rent it.

Molly and Zach also took the step to move in together earlier this year after buying their own home.

It was reported that last year she was the highest-earning star of her series, with £750,000.

Fans have been gripped by her romance with Zachariah after they met on the show.

The couple recently returned from a trip around Australia together.

A source told us at the time: “Molly and Zachariah have always remained friends, even when they both decided to take a break from their relationship almost two months ago.

“The couple have always supported each other and shared similar interests, including seeing parts of the world and traveling.”
