A house fire broke out in the early morning hours in Milwaukee; no injuries; Red Cross helps

Firefighters respond to a house fire early Friday morning, October 25, in Milwaukee.

according to Milwaukee Firefighters were dispatched to a home near 33rd and State Street at 2:37 a.m. for reports of smoke in the attic.

The teams arriving at the scene detected a fire in the attic of the 2.5-storey house.

Teams are working to extinguish the fire.

Teams took the fire under control at 03.08.

Everyone left the house before the fire brigade arrived. No one was injured.

The American Red Cross was contacted to assist the five adults.

Milwaukee police and Milwaukee Fire crews were contacted to determine the cause of the fire.
