Kilkenny The County Council has announced its intention to seek permission from An Bord Pleanála for the construction of “Nore River Facilities Kilkenny” within the County Hall site at College Park, John Street Lower, Kilkenny City.

The plans feature a common block, covered terrace and dedicated storage spaces for equipment, including kite boats and rowing boats.
